    LEADERSHIP ROLE
    The Murchison Region Vermin Cell is scheduled for completion in December 2021. Once completed it will enclose 55 pastoral leases as shown in the map below.The Vermin Cell is being constructed by the Murchison Regional Vermin Council with funds of over $3.0M having been obtained from Federal, State and Local Government authorities.The MRBA is the organisation responsible for the control of wild dogs within the area of the Vermin Cell.  Once the vermin cell is completed and wild dogs are controlled within, pastoralists will once again have the opportunity to produce small stock, such as sheep and goats, on a sustainable basis.
